Wrekin Wushu School was set up early 2009. This school is responsible for teaching high quality and authentic Chinese Wushu throughout the Shropshire area. Wrekin Wushu boasts that it will have a beneficial effect on the practitioner’s martial arts skill, health, confidence, coordination and spiritual development. Our school promotes the development of Chinese Wushu, where Chen Tai Ji Ch'uan and Shaolin Gong Fu, San Shou, Chi Gong, Shen Gong and many other Wushu principles are focused upon. Wrekin Wushu school is overseen and governed by high level Wushu practitioners.

We are proud to say that we have authentic connections with some of China's most graduated martial arts master, such as master Liming Yue master of Chen style Tai Ji Ch'uan (Tai Chi) and master Shi Yan Ming Chen, 34th generation Shaolin monk of Henan Province Shaolin temple, also distinguished for his starring role within the "Shaolin Wheel Of Life" and famous for his skill in Shaolin Gong Fu (Kung Fu) and the founder of the Uk Shaolin Temple.
Master Liming Yue, is one of the leaders in the teachings of Chen Tai Ji Ch'uan within the UK & Europe. He holds the grade of 7th Duan Wei in Wushu. Master Liming Yue started his training in main land China within the School of Shaolin , and now teaches Chen Style Tai Ji Ch'uan, Shen Gong,and meditation. Master Liming Yue hold regular courses within our school throughout the year.
